These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cliptidy marketing website, desktop applications, and services. By downloading our application or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Cliptidy grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and run the Cliptidy macOS application on devices you own or control, subject to the limitations of your selected plan (Free, Pro, or Ultra).

2. Subscription & Payments

• Billing: Upgrading to a paid tier sets up a recurring subscription processed via Razorpay.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Features remain active until the end of your prepaid period.

3. Acceptable Use of AI

You agree not to use Cliptidy AI actions to process material that is unlawful, malicious, or designed to abuse third-party APIs. We reserve the right to suspend license keys that violate fair usage limits.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cliptidy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Cliptidy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application or website.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product authors operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
